Guest access
Guest has access to the unit via a private separate entrance where there patio furniture and a sufficient yard spaces to hang outside and enjoy the beautiful Bahamas sun and fresh air.

This is a non-smoking unit, however smoking is allowed outside. No parties or pets are allowed on property. Standard occupancy is 2 adults 1 child under the age of 12, extra charges may apply for additional guest.
This hidden gem is situated in a quiet area of Nassau. Accommodation offers a parking garage with remote access, a 5 minute drive to the beach and 8-12 minute drive to downtown nassau and/or the famous Atlantis resort and casino.
With just a short walk to the mall at Marathon for shopping and eating your in the middle of almost everything; bars, restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, food stores, and many more within walking distance. There is also the public bus for $1.25 per person.
